Shipping and Returns Management
1. Shipping Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order. Please note that during high volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard shipping: From 1 to 2 business days at 6.50 euros
Free shipping: (For orders starting from 65 euros) From 1 to 2 business days
3. Costs
The shipping cost is free for all orders over or equal to 45 euros.
For orders under 45 euros, the cost for standard shipping is 6.50 euros
For shipments to the islands, delivery times may vary.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We only ship to Italy.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the courier's website or from your user profile if registered on the site.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, contact us. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a refund or replacement.
In case of a defective/damaged item, attach photos of the defect or damage to the product in the message.
